Mommy Monday: Sushi and a Story

Some Mondays I am ready to charge ahead and some seem to be a whirlwind of chaos. Mondays seem to be a day that most moms I know can use a little more support so I aim to share weekly ideas on simple projects to do with young kiddos. Today I'm sharing a great snack to make with your kiddos at home, my version of "kid only sushi" as I called it in my class. I encourage you to make both the green (aka healthy) roll as well as the sweet treat.
