It’s Monday, which for some mamas can be a very frantic day of the week. I tend to enjoy Mondays when I’m coming off a weekend that I had time to prep for the week and get ready for what’s ahead. After the Holiday weekend, that’s not quite the case; hello reality. In an effort to make your life easier, I have partnered up with KLSDesigns to provide Monday Mom Meals! Every month we will share a recipe (and bonus fun video) that’s quick, easy, and delicious for the entire family.
Our first recipe for Monday Mom Meals is a Slow Chicken Marsala. It is a fan favorite from my most recent Supper Club Meal Prep Workshop. It can be made in the slow cooker or Instant Pot and my favorite hack is to make 2 sets, put 1 set of ingredients directly into the slow cooker and put the other straight into a gallon zip lock bag to freeze and make in the future. Your future self will thank you.
