A Twist on Toast

I love toast. I have always loved toast. There is something about the sound of the crunch as you bite into it but yet, if it's cooked right, it's still a little chewy. Yum! A reason to get out of bed in the morning.

In college I ate a lot of toast with Peanut Butter. Then I started adding honey and bananas. Oh, and of course the over indulging in Nutella (over toast) while studying abroad in Italy. Over the past few years I have loved Spreading Avocado on toast & have started to test other ingredients as toppers.

Sliced While Wheat Bread
1/2 Avocado
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Red pepper flakes (or Siracha)
Salt to taste
